What a successful night! On January 23, 2023 guests were invited to tour out our three iconic Doltone House Pyrmont Sydney Harbour and CBD venues for Book A Date With Doltone Wedding Open House, an ultimate evening of wedding inspiration! Here is a recap of how the evening unfolded.

Let the tour begin! Guests nibbled on delicious mini Arancini, Smoked Belini and Veggie Patches in a jar. They sipped on Aperol Spritz cocktails overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge while listening to acoustic tunes from Marley’s Basement.

SOUTH PIER – JONES BAY WHARF
The entry to the venue doors was framed with a spectacular fairy light tunnel from Starlight Chandeliers. Dry ice and sparks from Sydney Fireworks Pyrotechnicsadded to the excitement, led by @imjadethemc

An exquisite set-up full of deep and dark tones of reds, blacks and whites complemented the space ideal for the modern bride.

NORTH PIER – JONES BAY WHARF
While the North Pier featured a heavenly set-up with white linens and pops of pink and gold for something unique.

WEDDING CEREMONY – JONES BAY WHARF
Our delicious wagyu beef sliders served from our grazing stations were a crowd-pleaser as guests continued to walk to our idyllic Sydney harbour wedding ceremony set up.

Loft, Pyrmont

Loft, split over two levels, featured a room for celebrating downstairs and a stylish reception setting upstairs with soft tones and florals.

An elegant white set-up with a mix of high and low centrepieces and romantic candles set the scene for a stylish wedding vibe.

Tribeca, Pyrmont

TriBeCa offered guests a glimpse of a High Tea bridal shower with soft pastel florals that complemented our beautiful high tea crockery.

Tribute Museum, Pyrmont

The last stop at Jones Bay Wharf, showcased a “Will You Marry Me” sign. Rich and bold red, pink and gold tones adorned the inside space!

The tour continued at Darling Island Pyrmont, an Italian piano accordion greeted guests before being wowed by a bride and groom who arrived on the La Dolce Vita Italian Wooden speed boat from Anyboat.

On the outdoor Sydney Harbour Promenade, pesto and tomato sugo gnocchi were a big hit amongst our couples, family and friends.

SIGNORELLI GASTRONOMIA – DARLING ISLAND
Capri vibes all around featuring tones of yellow and raw timber for a summer-themed celebration with dancing Positano girls! Delicious and fresh from our stone-fired pizza oven, guests enjoyed a selection of mini pizzettes!

The final stop! An exquisite instrumental violinist wowed guests on stilts—an exceptional performance blending electric violin with circus skills. Guests roamed the venue sipping espresso martinis and indulged on Belgian waffles and dessert bite-size canapés.

THE BALLROOM – HYDE PARK
The space featured two looks that complemented the space perfectly, from angelic tones to a modern and chic vibe.

A fashion show extravaganza from Kayrouz Bridal featuring Berta gowns was a highlight of the evening.

To conclude the tour, our couples had the opportunity to meet with industry suppliers and begin their journey to plan their dream weddings.
