Over 50 years of Doltone House
Family owned and operated
Philanthropy
Biaggio Signorelli, founder of Doltone House Group, was an extraordinary man. His world changed when he was diagnosed with Mesothelioma and died in May 2008. The beginning of his family’s determination to fulfill Biaggio’s dying wish was with the commencement of a foundation devoted to finding early detection, treatment, care and ultimately a cure for Mesothelioma (Asbestos Cancer). Significant fundraising has been accomplished for the cause to date.

Social Responsibility
OzHarvest
Doltone House donates excess from events to OzHarvest.
OzHarvest is a non-denominational charity that rescues excess food which would otherwise be discarded.
Green Policy
Doltone House recognises the importance of environmental sustainability and is committed to the ongoingb reduction of the organisation’s carbon footprint. Download our Policy on how you can help reduce your carbon imprint at your next event.

Our Commitment to Reconciliation
Doltone House is proud to have received formal endorsement of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) from Reconciliation Australia—a significant step in strengthening our relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise the privilege of operating on culturally significant land and our responsibility to promote respect, inclusion, and opportunity within our community.
Our RAP is more than a commitment—it’s action. Through partnerships with First Nations leaders, artists, and culinary experts like Mark Olive, we honour Indigenous culture across our venues, experiences, and collaborations, ensuring reconciliation is woven into everything we do.
