Hosted at our at newest Western Sydney venue! MC Anne Fulwood led the night, featuring tours of our 3 renovated spaces, a stellar guest panel, diverse cuisine, entertainment, and prizes.

We appreciate your unwavering support and dedication to making our event a success. Each of our partners brought their own unique talents and expertise to the table, and together we created an unforgettable experience for all our guests.

Sam from Oscar Security Group secured the coveted Free Business Event prize, while June from South West Sydney Tourism Taskforce snagged a delicious double wine hamper in the business card draw. And a big shoutout to @westernsydneymums, whose Instagram post perfectly captured the night’s highlights and earned her a well-deserved win.

Our guests were welcomed with the genuine hospitality that Doltone House is known for at The Vestibule, our designated meet-and-greet area. As soon as attendees arrived, our staff warmly greeted them and ushered them onto the red carpet, where they posed for photos in front of our stunning media wall. But the real fun began once they stepped inside!

Guests savored our delicious roaming 100 mile veggie patch and indulged in a mouth-watering selection of za’atar, cheese, and meat manoush.

And to quench their thirst, we introduced our latest cocktail creation, the Pink Lady Tulip…

To keep the energy high, we had the talented saxophonist Gary Honor and the JJK Entertainment DJ spinning the hottest tracks all night long.

To top it all off, our Human Red Carpet and Scarlett Showgirls wowed the crowd with their dazzling performances. It was an unforgettable experience that set the tone for the rest of the night!

Out west, we know how to throw a party! As soon as guests entered our first of three spaces, they were transported into a circus-themed wonderland.

They were mesmerized by the graceful mirror dancer and thrilled by the exciting contortionist act. And the stunning showcase featuring the mesmerizing contortionist, champagne greeter, mirror ballerinas, and lollipop lyra performances by Dargie Entertainment had everyone on the edge of their seats.

But that was just the beginning! The popcorn bar and roasted + spiced nuts bar kept everyone fuelled up for the night ahead.

Once they took their seats, our amazing panel, including the night’s MC Anne Fulwood, Mayor of Liverpool Frank Carbone, CEO of South West Sydney Taskforce Fazila Fahard, and our own CEO Anna Cesarano, shared insightful stats about Western Sydney that left everyone buzzing with excitement.

Our largest room in Western Sydney, Colosseo, was a true showcase of the incredible versatility of our venue. The room was divided into a half-exhibition and half-conference space that allowed guests to explore the venue’s many possibilities.

And the entertainment? It was nothing short of spectacular. As soon as guests arrived, they were treated to a stunning dance show that left everyone breathless. But that was just the beginning!. Our Golden Goddess and Champion Latin Duo performances had everyone cheering and clapping. Colosseo was truly an exhibition of versatility that left guests in awe of our incredible venue

They sampled some of our mouth-watering catering options, including a delicious paella station, a tempting gnocchi bar, and an impressive 8-meter Middle Eastern mezze train.

The party kicked off with an explosion of flavors, featuring Asian-inspired dishes like a live sashimi raw bar and dumpling trolley bar, as well as an Indian spice house that tantalized guests’ taste buds with rich, aromatic flavors. And let’s not forget the delicious Frozen Yoghurt Bar kept everyone fuelled up for the night ahead.

DJ Jess by JJK Entertainment and Musician Gary Honor kept the music flowing and the energy high all night long.

The excitement continued with some incredible performances from Dargie Entertainment. Our showcase of talent was nothing short of amazing. The Roses, Speakeasy Champagne Greeter, Vintage Showgirls, and Martini Glass Contortion had everyone talking and sharing photos.
