As business events continue to grow and more international visitors are welcomed to our shores, we’re excited to be extending our event offerings to include unique food and wine experiences for local and international travel groups. With some of Sydney’s most picturesque locations in our collection, we have turned our focus to experiential events – combining our beautiful Sydney Harbour and Hyde Park views with award-winning food and wine.

For international delegates, we can arrange tailored packages to include photographs with a Harbour Bridge backdrop and arrival and departure from our waterfront venues by boat.

1. CULINARY TEAM BONDING

Laugh and learn with a culinary team bonding event founded on the fundamentals of authentic Italian cooking. Hosted in our unique private event space and cooking school, Signorelli Gastronomia, we’re offering delegates the opportunity to stimulate and enliven their senses with a class in Pizza, Pasta, Mozzarella or Salami making. A short walk from Darling Harbour and the CBD.

2. WHOLE PORCHETTA BANQUET

A unique culinary experience, our whole Porchetta banquet is an Italian slow-roasted suckling pig, stuffed with garlic, herbs and seasonings and slow roasted until the flesh is tender and the crackling golden. The whole Porchetta banquet is a hearty feast for your senses, enjoyed with a selection of sides and antipasto and carved by our chef at the table.

3. CHEESE & WINE PAIRING MASTERCLASS

We all know cheese and wine were made for each other, but do you know which flavours make the perfect pair? Led by an expert sommelier, we’re offering authentic cheese and wine pairing experiences in some of Sydney’s most iconic locations. Mingle on the waters edge at Loft or discover your sophisticated side in the Manhattan Room at Hyde Park.

4. HIGH TEA & PAMPERING

Catching up over ‘high tea’ is becoming a common practice among Sydneysiders. A wonderful way to enjoy a delicious light meal with a fine selection of sweet and savoury treats, sparkling Australian wine and French teas. We lend our New York inspired Manhattan Room at Hyde Park to the ultimate high tea experience, with the opportunity to add manicures and other pampering services to the package.

5. GOLD CLASS DEGUSTATION

Sophisticated dining for memorable meetings and events, our gold class degustation in Hyde Park Ballroom provides a premium dining experience in Sydney’s most elegant venue. A delightful reminder that experiential events aren’t just about sightseeing and wildlife experiences, but also unique food and wine experiences.
