Win your Dream Bridal Shower Giveaway – Feb 2025
Entry Period:
Entries start 22 January 2025 at 00:01 and end on Friday 28 February 2025 23:59 AEST
Entrants:
(a) Australian residents aged 18 years and over; and (b) people residing in New South Wales
Exclusions:
Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition, and the immediate family of all such employees and any person involved in the management of any organization which will benefit from the Competition.
Entry:
By completing the agreed contractual deposit amount for your Wedding Venue, you will be automatically entered into the draw. Judging Criteria is a random draw. Prize Determination between 09:00 and 17:00 AEST on Monday 3 March 2025. Notification by email and/or phone on Tuesday 4 March 2025.
Prize Conditions:
In order to receive the Prize, the Winner must have provided the Promoter with a valid email address and contact number at Entry
The Prize may take up to four (4) weeks to be sent to the Winner.
The total prize value of this Competition is $9,999 AUD in the form of a voucher which is only applicable toward a future Doltone House Bridal Shower event.
Prize must only be used on a new bridal shower event and is not applicable to any existing events with Doltone House.
The event must be booked and completed by the 28 February 2026 and must equal the same or more amount of value than the Prize.
The Prize can only be utilized at a Doltone House venue and date of event is subject to availability and best fit date in the Doltone House Portfolio at the discretion of Doltone House.
The Prize is non-transferrable and can only be exercised by the competition winner.
ENTRY
To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry mechanic, as follows:
Be in contact with an official Doltone House Sales representative and submit the required deposit for your Wedding, which is received by Doltone House by no later than Friday 28 February 23:59 AEST
The Promotor reserves the right to reject an entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that an Entry has been submitted through automated entry or computer entry service.
To be eligible to win a prize in this Competition, an Entry must not:
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
Be incomplete or illegible; or
Be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content which, in the Promotor’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable.
Entrant must reside in New South Wales
The Promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promotor’s sole discretion, comply with the above and aforementioned Terms & Conditions.
All Entries become the property of the Promotor.
JUDGING
This Competition is a game of chance, and all correct entrants will be placed in a lottery where one winner will be chosen at random by a third party.
All entries will be judged individually based on their merits and accuracy based on the judging criteria.
The Entrant who submits an accurate entry will have an opportunity to win the Prize. The judge’s decision is final and absolute.
RISK AND LIABILITY
1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Winner participates in this Competition, and uses the Prize, at his or her own risk.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and the suppliers, agencies and other companies involved in this Competition assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or loss or damage to data.
3. If this Competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including as a result of technical failures, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend or change the Competition and re-commence it on similar terms, subject to any directions by regulatory authorities.
4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents exclude liability for all loss (including loss of data, unauthorized access to data and consequential loss), damage, expenses, death or personal injury suffered or incurred arising out of, or in connection with, this Competition (including in relation to the Winner’s participation in this Competition and use of the Prize)
